SALE OF TOWN OWNED REAL PROPERTY
PURSUANT TO NCGS 160-268
The Board of Commissioners has authorized the sale of real property by advertisement and sealed bids. The following properties may be bid on individually or all combined. Those parties interested in purchasing any of the properties may inquire to the Town Manager at manager@townofwarsawnc.com. Additional information may be provided by calling 910-385-6710. See the full Resolution and bid form by visiting townofwarsawnc.com. Bids will be received at the Warsaw Town Hall, 121 S. Front St., Warsaw, NC 28398 until 4:00pm on Friday, September 30th, 2021. The Town provided bid form must be used to submit a bid. No sale may be executed until at least 10 days after the publication of this notice.
