May 18 AirLink Vitalink partners with Duplin County EMS

Duplin County - AirLink 1, located at Albert J Ellis Airport in Richlands, is the primary responding aircraft for Duplin County and can arrive in Duplin County within minutes. We work alongside Duplin County EMS to provide excellent care to the community. It is always a privilege to be considered a part of their pre-hospital team.

Duplin County EMS started in 1972, and employees 94 Full time and 20 Part time employees. They work out of 8 county stations, 8 county paramedic level units, 2 volunteer AEMT agencies, 5 volunteer EMR agencies.

Duplin County EMS is a dedicated group of EMT’s, Advanced EMT’s, and Paramedic’s that provides emergency medical care to the citizens and travelers of Duplin County. Our agency is devoted to the continual growth and expansion of our clinical care to ensure consistent delivery of the highest quality of care.

We've also partnered with Duplin County EMS to expand the Prehospital Trauma Life Support Program, you'll find us regularly working together to teach one of these courses at James Sprunt Community College.
