Along with live music, vendors, and a dinosaur attraction, they held a Strawberry Pageant.

Contestants ranged from ages 0-2 (Baby Miss), 3-5 (Mini Miss), and 6-8 (Little Miss).

Each young lady walked on stage in their best Sunday dress. Many were Strawberry themed, and the two older divisions answered an on-stage question.

Three winners were chosen and crowned by the North Carolina Poultry Jubilee Court:

Baby Miss, Hollis Cait Cavenaugh (18 months old), the daughter of James and Bailey Cavenaugh of Chinquapin, NC.

Mini Miss, Mary Blue Hatcher (4 years old), daughter of Dustin and Polly Hatcher of Chinquapin, NC.

Little Miss, Blakesley Grace Thornton (7 years old), daughter of Brooke & Ross Thornton, of Newton Grove, NC.
