Duplin County Schools: 2022 STEAMA Summer Bridge Camp

Duplin County Schools: 2022 STEAMA Summer Bridge Camp

All rising ninth-grade students are invited to attend STEAMA Summer Bridge Camp July 18-29, 2022 at the high school they will attend for the 2022-23 school year. The camp will operate daily from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Bus transportation, breakfast, and lunch will be provided daily.

The STEAMA Summer Bridge Camp is designed to build excitement for the transition to high school. Students attending the camp will engage in STEAMA project-based learning activities, such as robotic coding and crime scene investigation. Students will also participate in orientation, team building, and enrichment activities. This is a wonderful opportunity for your student to meet school staff and become familiar with their high school campus before the 2022-23 school year.

To register for the camp, please complete the registration form at https://bit.ly/3Ggg8Y7. The link can also be found on the Duplin County Schools website. If you are unable to access the form online, registration forms are available at your child’s school. Space is limited at each high school, so register today!

Additional information regarding daily schedules and bus transportation will be mailed prior to the camp. If you have any questions regarding the camp, please contact Nicole Murray at (910) 296-1521 or nmurray@duplinschools.net
