Apr 1 Got To Be NC Golf Classic held at River Landing

The Got To Be NC Golf Classic has provided a networking opportunity for Got to Be NC members to engage outside the store for a great day of golf. The amateur tournament was designed for a fun, laid-back day filled with opportunities to connect and grow business relationships.

The event was held on March 23-24, 2022. The Got To Be NC Golf Classic has been a tradition for over 30 years, though it was previously known as Goodness Grows Golf Classic. The tournament is 100% funded by sponsorship funds. The event was nearly sold out.

A breakfast was held at 8:00 am with a shotgun start at 10:00 am. The award ceremony was held at 3:30 pm. Some of the local sponsors include Duplin Winery, The Country Squire Restaurant & Winery and Villari Foods. Some other premier sponsors are: Agri-Supply, Garner Foods, Pepsi Bottling Ventures, & Farm Credit Associations of NC.

The event was nearly sold out with over 90 teams participating with over 300 golfers in attendance. Each golfer received a welcome bag filled with donated products from various Got To Be NC members.
