Potters Hill Fire Department responds to burning hay field

At 12:57pm we were dispatched Mutual Aid to Pink Hill for a hay field on fire on W. Pleasant Hill Rd. Brush truck arrived to help with protecting the fire from reaching a structure, as well as additional water supply with our Tanker & Engine 2. There were lots and lots of large round hay bales fully engulfed. Also on scene was Deep Run, Hargett's Southwood and Forestry. Forestry helped to move the bales with the plow. We worked the scene for nearly 3 hours and cleared at approx 4:00.
