UPDATE: Warsaw Police Department reports shooting fatalities
The Warsaw Police Department is continuing to follow up on leads assisted by the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigations. At this time, we can confirm that the deceased Mr. Phillip Troublefield, 32 of Warsaw and Ms. Debbie Castillo Cortez, 24 of Warsaw.
An update on the condition of the other two victims will be provided when available. It is not believed that this is a random act of violence and there is no perceived ongoing threat to the public at this time
