Wallace Police Department warns community of scammer, Tommy Edward Clack

Wallace Police Department has been notified that Tommy Edward Clack is operating a paving business in or around Wallace.

Recently released from federal prison, Clack scams mostly elderly people with schemes involving asphalt paving. He is currently banned under court order to not conduct business in North Carolina.

If you see him or are approached by someone asking if you need paving work done, get as much information from him as you feel comfortable doing and then call Wallace Police Department, 910-285-2126.
