Picture this: it’s a hot beach day. Your chair is planted deeply in the sand at the shoreline where the tide just reaches your toes. The sound of the waves crashing and kids playing eases your soul. You reach for your cold drink and slurp it down until the bottom is dry. You think – it’s time to refill and refuel.

I could go for a little shade and a bite to eat. *Belly growls* yea, a bite to eat would be good. In your seated position, you subconsciously scan the refrigerator from top shelf to bottom shelf – whatever I decide has to be good enough to move me from this chair. Then, you remember – Mama made Angel Hair Pasta Salad! Good gracious, yes!
Wonderfully, twistable noodle salad in a sweet + tangy dressing with fresh, crunchy vegetables is THE PERFECT summertime snack and/or lunch! Good enough to move your booty off the beach for a little cool down.
This pasta salad pairs perfectly with grilled steak and chicken, salt rimmed margaritas, or alongside a fried bologna sandwich with fresh tomatoes (smeared with Duke’s mayonnaise, of course). Summer beach days just wouldn’t be the same in the Carlton house without Angel Hair Pasta Salad. And with a beach weekend approaching, we’d like to toast your family with a big ole’ bowl!
