James Sprunt Community College hosts ribbon cutting ceremony for new Hoffler Building
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at James Sprunt Community College for the new nursing facility with upgraded equipment and technology in Hoffler on campus.
Nursing is one of the top programs at James Sprunt Community College. Now the nursing students will get the opportunity to have their own building on campus dedicated especially for them.
The old facility had 6 beds, one room with a divider.
“They have a lot more to work with. We don't even have this nice equipment in hospitals! They will have more hands-on opportunities,” said Kenly Long, 2021 Spring graduate.
