For the past year, House of Raeford Farms FLOCK has been honoring individuals in the Duplin County, NC area through their FLOCK Cares outreach program. These citizens include those who have gone beyond themselves to affect the lives of others. From schoolteachers to emergency personnel to medical workers to House of Raeford associates, it has been a privilege to celebrate those who often go unnoticed.
Thursday, September 15th, 2022, the James Sprunt Community College Foundation hosted the 37th Annual Golf Tournament at Duplin Country Club. Proceeds from the event will aid the JSCC Foundation in its mission to support students as they achieve their educational goals.
September is Hunger Action Month and we are going to dedicate the next 30 days to emphasizing some big and small ways to take action in the fight against hunger. We also will introduce you to our partners who are working to alleviate this need in their communities.
When our parents and grandparents were in the workplace, it was often common for them to spend their entire working career with the same company. Times have changed and we do not always see the same loyalty and dedication in the labor force.
North Carolina has three camp locations: Eastern 4-H Center, Camp Weaver, and YMCA Camp Hanes.
House of Raeford Farms is pleased to award 15 deserving students with funding for college through its 9th Annual House of Raeford Farms Scholarship Program.
