Duplin County man receives more than 12 years in Federal Prison for Methamphetamine Trafficking and Possession of Sawed-Off Shotguns
Alexander Hawes, 36, of Duplin County, North Carolina, was sentenced yesterday to 145 months in prison for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distribution of 50 grams or more of a substance containing methamphetamine, possession with intent distribute a quantity of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and two counts of possession of a sawed-off shotgun.
